Dr. Eric F. Wood is one of the greatest hydrologists of our time. He was well-known for his work in hydrology, remote sensing, climate, and meteorology. His academic achievements have greatly promoted the global hydrology community and the scientific community. His academic spirit inspired and motivated graduate students, scholars, and practitioners in related fields. The death of Dr. Eric Wood is a huge loss for the scientific community. We will miss him forever.
